Relic of 1965 Cullen Bridge #1

This is a relic that I rescued from the demolition of the 1965 Charles W. Cullen Bridge over the Indian River Inlet. The relic presented an opportunity to reconnect with childhood memories of stopping at the top of the bridge to check surf conditions and the many boating trips where we passed underneath. The twisted metal offers countless composition opportunities with subtle colors and textures.
