Bell Pepper #8

Inspired by a photography hero, I set out to photograph bell peppers during the summer of 2017. Luckily, they mature during late summer in Sussex County and are readily available at several local farm stands including favorites Magee Farms and Parsons. I even had the opportunity to spend a morning picking peppers at Magee Farms. Most of the peppers looked like perfect grocery store variety, but I was looking for the ones that were truly unique. I probably collected and photographed over 100 red bell peppers in 6 weeks and have whittled them down to this collection.
