This work grows from a lifelong engagement with photography and a persistent question: how can an image engage our minds and hearts, transform understanding, and move us toward something new.
The work moves across three territories. Some images isolate a single subject with precision, celebrating its essential form. Others find beauty in the overlooked — drawn to abstraction, shaped by composition and light. The newest work begins with a contemporary issue and builds toward it through repetition — creating an experience the viewer can enter and make their own.
The goal is not to please but to provoke — to move the viewer past the surface of an image toward feeling and ideas. Ambiguity is not a flaw but an invitation, leaving space for each person to bring their own meaning to the work.
